Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we welcome walk-ins based on availability. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and technician.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash is not accepted at this time.

We use high-quality, salon-grade products across all of our services. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please inform your technician before your appointment.

What are Kaizen Beauty's sanitation standards?

We go above and beyond state board requirements. Our sanitation practices include autoclave sterilization, single-use disposable items, EPA-approved disinfection of all surfaces and stations after every use, and pipeless pedicure basins.

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee, and no-shows may be charged the full service price.

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in-salon and online. They make a wonderful gift for anyone who deserves a little luxury.

Can I bring my children to Kaizen Beauty?

Children are only permitted in the salon if they are receiving a service. We do not service children under the age of 10. Any client under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their service. We are unable to accommodate children who are not being serviced.
